2. Scope of Activity

Imperium Studio offers for sale:

• limited edition fine art prints, produced from original artworks created by the artist,

• bespoke portrait commissions (“Portrait on Commission”), created on request and personalized for each client.

All artworks are presented as accurately as possible. Minor variations in color or rendering may occur depending on screens and printing processes.

3. Prices and Taxes

All prices are displayed in euros (€).

VAT is not applicable under Article 293B of the French General Tax Code.

Imperium Studio reserves the right to modify prices at any time.

The applicable price is the one displayed at the time of order confirmation.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is made online via secure payment solutions provided through WooCommerce and its authorized payment partners.

Imperium Studio does not store any banking information.

For commissioned portraits:

• a non-refundable advance payment of one third (1/3) of the total price is required after validation of the initial sketch,

• the remaining balance is due prior to delivery of the final artwork.

5. Production

Fine Art Prints; Limited edition prints are produced on demand.

Each print is individually signed and numbered after order confirmation.

Portrait on Commission; Production timelines are agreed individually with the client and depend on the nature of the project and validation stages.

6. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• artworks made to order or clearly personalized,

• commissioned portraits (“Portrait on Commission”),

• limited edition artworks that are produced on demand and individually signed and numbered after order confirmation.

As a result, no returns or refunds are accepted for these products.

7. Shipping and Delivery

7.1 General Shipping

Orders are shipped directly from the studio within the time frame indicated on the product page.

Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on destination and carrier conditions.

Imperium Studio cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or external carriers.

7.2 Shipping to the United States

Fine art prints are classified as original works of art under U.S. customs regulations and are generally exempt from customs duties.

Any local taxes, customs processing fees, or import charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the buyer.

8. Returns and Claims

In the event of damage during transport, the client must notify Imperium Studio in writing within 48 hours of receipt, providing photographic evidence.

Claims related to production defects will be examined on a case-by-case basis.

9. Intellectual Property

All artworks, images, texts, and visual elements presented on this website remain the exclusive property of Imperium Studio.

The purchase of a physical artwork does not transfer any reproduction, distribution, or exploitation rights to the buyer.

10. Liability

Imperium Studio cannot be held liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of the website or from delays or disruptions caused by external factors.

11. Personal Data

Personal data collected during ordering or contact processes is used exclusively for order management, customer communication, and legal obligations.

In accordance with applicable data protection regulations, clients have the right to access, rectify, or delete their personal data.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.

Any dispute shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of France.
